L. Dennis Page

Administrative Bishop

Dennis Page brings a wealth of experience to the Northern New England Region.  Before being appointed as the Administrative Bishop to this Region, he served successfully as an Evangelist for 3 years, a Pastor for 15 years and as a State Youth & Christian Education Director in Western North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida for the past 14 years.   Bishop Page studied at East Coast Bible College, Lee University, and Carolina University of Theology.  He holds an Associate of Christian Education degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, a Master of Arts in Christian Education, and a Doctorate of Religious Education.

Bishop Page is married to Judy and they have two daughters, Ashley and Allie.  Ashley is married to Jared Waldrop and they are serving as Youth Pastors at the Westmore Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee.  They have three beautiful children, Ava, Camden and Braylon. Allie is married to John-Paul Burdashaw and they are currently serving as Executive Pastors at the Crosspointe Church of God in Dalton, Georgia.  They have one beautiful daughter, Kinsley.

Judy Page

Women's Discipleship President

Judy Page served as a pastor's wife and Women's Ministries President in the local church for 15 years.  For the past 14 years, she has been a State Girls Clubs Coordinator as well as a member of the State Women's Ministries Board in Western North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida. Judy attended Lee University.

Judy has been married to Dennis for the past 32 years and is the proud mother of two daughters, Ashley and Allie and the proud "nana" of four grandchildren, Ava, Camden, Braylon and Kinsley.

Art Fairbrother

Youth and Discipleship Director

Art Fairbrother was born and grew-up in Northern New England.  He brings an enthusiasm and passion to see the young people of this region reach their full potential in Jesus Christ.  Pastor Art has been ministering in Northern New England for more than 15 years.  He is presently the Sr. Pastor of Manchester Church of God in Manchester, New Hampshire. Prior to this, he pastored over six years as the Sr. Pastor of Unionville Church of God in Steuben, Maine.  Also, he served as Youth Pastor of the Faith Temple Church of God in Belfast, Maine and Christian Ridge Church of God in Ellsworth, Maine.  Art has served four years on the Northern New England Regional Council, six years on the Youth and Christian Education Board, and two years on the Evangelism and Home Missions Board.

Art has a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education from Colby College.  He is married to Jen, and together they have three energetic boys, Jacob, Joshua, and Andrew.

Jen Fairbrother

Girls Clubs Coordinator - Jennifer Fairbrother

Jen Fairbrother has served in Northern New England as a Pastor's wife for nine years, and a Youth Pastor's wife for six years.  During this time, she has served on the Women's Ministries Board for four years and has been a local church Girls Clubs Coordinator for six years.  Jen has been very active in the Youth and Christian Education Department ministries and has been the Youth Camp nurse for the past twelve years.

Jen has been married to Art for almost 15 years.  She is the loving mom of three wonderful boys, Jacob, Joshua, and Andrew.  Jen has a BS in Nursing from Husson College and presently works at the local hospital in the Pediatrics Department.

Kerry Turpin

Secretary of Accounting

Kerry has served in Northern New England as a Pastor's wife for a total of 16 years. Although she and her husband, Randy, were gone from the region for 10 years, God brought them back to NNE in 2010. During her years in New England she has served on the Women's Discipleship Board and been active in ministry to the youth and the women of the region. Kerry is a graduate of Lee University and prior to her return to Maine, held the position of Assistant to the Vice President of Ministry Formation at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she served as Coordinator for the Doctor of Ministry program.

Kerry and Randy have been married for 30 years. Randy pastors the Royal Ridge Church of God in Scarborough, ME. She is the mother of five wonderful children, and her greatest joy in life is in seeing them serving God.
