A Note From the Administrative Bishop

PRAYER EMPHASIS

The Northern New England Region will place important emphasis on prayer and fasting throughout 2012. Many of our churches just completed the 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting for the month of January. We have been praying for God to strengthen and anoint our leadership and congregations. We truly have a tremendous challenge. Over 90% of the people in Northern New England are non-churched. However, this is not only a challenge, it is a great opportunity to share the Gospel. We will continue to pray, fast and believe God for a great move of the Holy Spirit.

Our next Prayer Emphasis will begin on February 22, 2012, "Seek God for the City" Prayer Campaign. Resource materials have been mailed to each church and pastor. We encourage each church to participate in this unified effort to reach every city and town in NNE where there is a Church of God. Also, to pray over other towns and cities where God might lead us to plant or re-plant a church.

PRAYER & PRAISE CONFERENCE

We look forward to our annual Prayer & Praise Conference scheduled for February 23 - 25, 2012 at the New Beginnings Church in Waterville, ME. Our focus will be on prayer, the Word, and spiritual renewal. I encourage you to make plans to attend!  Please review the conference flyer and ad on the home page for more details.
